Through studies in both business and the humanities, as well as ongoing professional experience, Melissa Riedl was able to acquire skills and knowledge in a wide variety of fields at an early stage. This enabled Melissa to develop and apply her organizational skills and her communication and leadership skills. During her studies, she was already continuously involved in improving the content and structure of events and seminars as a project and innovation manager at LeadingX. Through these deep insights alongside ongoing training and experience in the fields of psychotherapy, educational sciences and economics, she built up an Xpert status. Linking theoretical learning with practice was particularly important to her, which is why she always applied her insights in a practical way in a wide variety of professional settings.
