Starting point
An Austrian international company operated a production site in Mexico that also managed North American sales. Some local leaders showed too little initiative, rarely questioned processes and instructions, and did not fulfil their potential.
Goals
- Strengthen personal capabilities, break routines and thinking patterns, encourage initiative and bolder decisions.
- Move beyond complaining and passing responsibility to others.
- Strengthen cohesion, mutual support and cooperation.
Process
Two LeadingX10 – High Performance Leadership Xperience seminars involved all 26 leaders at the Mexican site. Follow-up continued through an interactive Spanish-language chat group with practical tasks, reflection, mutual support, recognition and stories of success and setbacks.
Feedback

“Many meetings I had individually with the participants they refer to the seminar and it’s becoming a common theme among our conversations.”
“Personally I’ve had a very positive impact after the seminar. It really helped me to realizing personal innovations and be more direct on how I talk to people and also act.”
“I truly appreciate the follow up on your end.”
For many participants, this was their first experience of working on attitudes, with remarkably positive effects. LeadingX10 provided a shared foundation across cultural contexts for continued learning and innovation.
