Starting point
A purchasing association wanted to take leadership cooperation to a new level: stronger coordination and communication, deeper trust between leaders and employees, faster project implementation and a shared strategic direction.
Goals
- Develop leadership and self-management capabilities.
- Foster positive team culture and trust.
- Create a strategic direction supported by every leader.
- Improve communication and collaboration throughout the association.
- Establish a High Performance Culture based on awareness, mutual support and clear goals.
A twelve-month development process
The leadership team and employees participated in the Xacademy programme titled “Unconscious Leadership and High Performance Team Development” in the original case study. LeadingX10 formed its core, supporting personal development and a new leadership system.
Phase 1: LeadingX10
Leaders developed self-management, learned to set clear priorities, say no effectively and strengthen assertiveness, including in difficult conversations with fellow leaders.
Phase 2: LeadNAV 360° and individual coaching
Each leader received individual 360-degree feedback through LeadNAV, followed by coaching focused on personal and professional challenges.
Phase 3: team events and workshops
Regular events developed awareness and attitude, bringing the team together and establishing a new culture. Intensive strategy workshops produced a shared vision and clear, measurable goals.
Results
- More coordinated and harmonious leadership, with stronger trust and mutual support.
- Open, transparent communication within the team and between leaders and employees.
- A High Performance Culture with clear goals pursued consistently.
- Higher employee satisfaction and renewed confidence in leaders.
- A shared strategic direction that supported business results.
Personal feedback
“Through the Xacademy and intensive coaching, I recognised the importance of conscious, coordinated leadership. We did not simply change our cooperation; we created a culture of trust and outstanding performance. Uncertainty became confidence and clear direction. Leaving the association is no longer a consideration. We all feel that together we can achieve something significant.”
