Innovation, digitalisation and resilience

Starting point

A global company with a large Austrian production site faced changes in its business environment and new requirements from headquarters. Leaders carried heavy workloads and were sometimes working at their limits.

Goals

  • Recognise mental barriers to innovative thinking and action.
  • Move beyond complaining and shifting responsibility.
  • Identify the opportunities and challenges of digitalisation and artificial intelligence.
  • Strengthen personal and organisational resilience.

Process and content

An interactive inspiration day brought together around 80 leaders. Three LeadingX experts delivered experiments and four talks: dealing with challenges and getting out of our own way; the digital future from the internet to AI; capabilities for mastering change; and the pillars of resilience.

Time for reflection and analysis helped participants identify improvements that could be implemented quickly without major effort. Group activities brought energy, enjoyment and stronger team spirit. A closing panel discussion revisited the core themes.

Feedback

The Austrian managing director: “I was surprised by how well the themes developed through the experiments and talks fitted our current challenges. Exactly what we need now.”

“There was not a minute of downtime or dry theory. All leaders participated actively, and we will shortly begin implementing the potential we identified.”

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers tailored to the topic.

What does self-leadership mean in modern leadership development?

Leadership begins with sound self-awareness and effective self-leadership. Those who recognise and manage their own automatic patterns make clearer decisions and lead organisations and teams with stability, health and value creation, even in volatile markets.

How does inner attitude influence business success?

Attitude at every leadership level shapes organisational culture. Leadership coaching and LeadingX Xperiences reveal unconscious patterns and help leaders anchor healthy, value-oriented value creation.

Can attitude and unconscious patterns be trained?

Yes. LeadingX uses experience-based methods to make attitudes conscious and therefore trainable. Outdated patterns of thought and action can be replaced by effective behaviours and anchored sustainably in everyday leadership.

How much practical experience is behind LeadingX?

LeadingX has accompanied people and organisations for 35 years. Experience from more than 5,000 seminars, workshops and coaching sessions flows into every programme and development process.
